Bookstore Refund Policy

Refunds will only be honored in accordance with the bookstore refund policy for the duration of the satellite store's hours of operation.

Summer II 2009 - July 8

The OFFICIAL LAST DAY for any bookstore refunds will be:

  • Refunds are only honored with the original sales receipt.

  • Textbooks must be in original condition.

  • Shrink-wrapped packages or books that include CD's, diskettes, or one-time use codes (i.e., PIN codes, access codes, etc.) must be unopened with no evidence of tampering.

  • Exceptions: custom course materials and outlines are non-refundable.

  • REFUNDS are given in the form of payment that was used to purchase the textbooks.

Credit Card Acceptance Policy

Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover will be accepted in accordance with the UHD Bookstore credit card acceptance policy.

  • Checks are not accepted.

  • Credit cards are accepted with a valid Texas picture I.D. or current UHSSL student I.D, when picture is not on credit card.
